Too little too late

We ordered our Olympia Hoodies on 29Aug because we were informed we would have them for the Mr Olympia show in Oct. The hoodies didn't arrive until 16 Oct, well after the show. We were also charged duty, which we were not informed would happen. We are looking at returning out items for a full refund
