Description not accurate

They suggest to size up ( as it sells as a woman's bomber) but send it in men's size. Anyway, their customer service is non existent. They give you 7days to make any returns and, you can't make a return without authorization but they never respond to emails. So if they mess up your order, its your fault not theirs.
